Seaboard of Cape Town.

Enter the apartment block through the
access controlled front gate and make your
way up to the apartment where space and
relaxation will await you.

This 3 bedroom front facing apartment with
Sea Views features the following:

An open plan kitchen, fully equipped with all
the necessary crockery, cutlery and
appliances. A large breakfast counter-top
with 4 modern bar stools.

For your convenience there is one
bathroom, where you will find, fluffy towels,
a separate bath and shower and toilet with
complimentary soap and amenities. There is
a separate guest toilet too.

There are three bedrooms, the main
bedroom consists of a queen size bed and
opens onto the front facing enclosed
balcony with beautiful sea views, the
second and third bedroom contain twin
beds and have side sea views.

The spacious lounge and dining area,
incorporates a Flat screen TV with full
satellite.

There is also a computer with internet
access available.

For those stay at home days or lazy
afternoons the lounge is furnished with
leather furniture, which makes relaxing and
watching a good movie or socialising with
family and friends an absolute pleasure.
Enjoy your morning cup of coffee on the
enclosed balcony, and possibly even spot
the dolphins playing in the ocean.

Parking is on the street in Hall Road or
Beach Road.

Red Cherry`s Eilat Court is ideal for families
or those looking for a relaxed getaway, and
wanting a good location in order to walk to
the popular Sea Point promenade, shops
and the large variety of restaurants in the
area.

Eilat`s Court is serviced before check in,
after check out and once a week during
your stay.
